DOES NOT WORK SEPTEMBER 21 2015

Downloaded this thinking as to how wonderful this would be, but after downloading apps on OS and PC it does not connect.
Updated Chrome and Flash Player and still is not working.
First impressions are critical, they flunk this after I tried using it.
